It's A New Year

A year has passed.

In retrospect, it hasn't been the most positive year. Not for our fans, or for the world in general and definitely not for me.  I'm the one posting this. The programmer TitanAnteus. I'm not going to mince words with you. This delay on the game has been more than 100% my fault.

I mean look at this.

That's just a small piece of what's done already from an artistic standpoint.  I've been dealing with personal struggles that I don't feel comfortable telling everyone, but I've also had the pure HUBRIS to think it wouldn't affect me on a professional level.  Let's not forget, I've had computer issues forcing me to upgrade to win10 which had a negative impact on the code. The game ran differently, and I was working to get it to feel the same as b4 the update, and... well everything I say will just sound like complaints so I'll stop with that.

This is a New Year.

I'm making it my personal New Year's Resolution to it that things change. On my part. Personally. I don't know what more I can say.  I could've kept this all to myself as I tried to make changes in my life, but even with the risk of what this could do to me, I'm willing to bear it out there anyway. Because you deserve to know.

If there are any GM programmers out there who would want to help us out, please message us on the contact form. We've got a level designer, so we just need an all-rounder programmer.

  2. i've got no money but i can provide this message as a small consolation of encouragement, i truly believe that you guys can pull through and improve in every aspect this year and that if you just keep yourself confident and strong, you'll make it. my best wishes you the entire crew. :)

  3. Well, it's a bit late, but better late than never. As long as you guys live up to your promise of fully releasing, I don't mind and still look forward to it. You might, however, want to consider not adding anymore stuff as adding more things will only delay things and lose even more of your current crowd.

It's a bit saddening that a post like this has so few responses. While I do sound a bit harsh, I don't mean to. I hope you guys pull through and manage to get back on track and get everything sorted out. I understand that life can be hard. I had a rough year myself there for a while so I can totally relate to personal issues interfering with things. Keep at it guys and keep your heads up. Slow and steady is the way to go. Godspeed, guys.

  4. For me at least hearing from you guys is the most important thing . Sorry to hear about your struggles and thank you for the honesty Titan! It's a fresh year and things will get better!

  5. Keep it up guys :) As Tal said, updates are important - but work at your own pace! With a kind of project like this, roadblocks are to be expected. Good luck!

  6. Your game is one of three I've donated to for creation. One for $150 and is now 3 years past due, yours for $10 a month for I don't know how long now, and a Japanese game for 8 Yen a month. So far, you and the Japanese game are still posting updates and showing some form of progress and explaining issues a layman like me understands. The other one's last post was in May giving his typical sob story as to why he hasn't done anything on the game for nearly a year and a half.

Thank you for the (mostly) regular updates. As long as I see those and get a new item to try every so often, I'll keep paying my $10 a month.

    Good luck this year.

    1. Yeah, we try to post something here at least once per month. Like Titan implied in this post, I have done a lot of art that is not in the game yet. but I hope we will get to see and play in those levels soon.

We are trying to find a new programmer to fill in for Titan and work alongside him but until then, there is not much I can do but wait for things to change. Well, I can look around trying to find a capable programmer but not many want to work in an adult game. But yeah, I will keep on looking.

    3. Sorry for taking so long to reply, Heigou H. It's not easy getting service in some places I park my rig each night and I sometimes forget to check all the pages.

I was talking about Chairi's Guilty Hell that I donated 800 Yen for.
